• Working with management teams as a group to face and address areas of significant weakness and risk.
• Working to support managers to identify, address and transform dysfunctional cultures, patterns and habits in areas of service and other parts of organisations.
• Supporting management teams in a sustained review and revision of strategic direction and investment.
