Following a great turnout and fantastic participation at the first in a series of breakfast networking and change workshop events: 'Change: Why it doesn't happen, why it doesn't stick and what you can do about it', we are happy to publish the photographs and feedback from the event.
Discussions are already underway about a follow up workshop, still based on change, but with a different focus - we have already had some ideas ourselves and from participants about what they might want at a follow on workshop to focus on:
- Whole organisational change
- Risk management
- Decision making under stress
- Getting people on board using Consilient collaboration
